    THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
    * PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL COLORADO AND SOUTHWEST COLORADO...
    INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN SOUTH CENTRAL COLORADO...
    SAN JUAN RIVER BASIN. IN SOUTHWEST COLORADO...ANIMAS RIVER
    BASIN...FOUR CORNERS/UPPER DOLORES RIVER AND SOUTHWEST SAN
    JUAN MOUNTAINS.
    * UNTIL 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING
    * MOISTURE FROM THE REMNANTS FOR TROPICAL STORM SIMON WILL
    CONTINUE TO IMPACT PORTIONS OF COLORADO THROUGH THIS EVENING.
    THUNDERSTORMS...THOUGH ISOLATED...WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SAN JUAN
    MOUNTAINS AND ADJACENT FOOTHILLS THIS EVENING. THESE STORMS MAY
    RESULT IN LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND LEAD TO EXCESS RUNOFF IN
    THE FORM OF FLASH FLOODING.
    * SMALL STREAMS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND AREAS NEAR OLD BURN
    SCARS WILL BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODING. IN ADDITION...
    MUD AND ROCK SLIDES WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG ROADS NEXT TO STEEP
    TERRAIN.
