    * CAUSE AND TIMING...UPSLOPE FLOW BEHIND A COLD FRONT WILL
    CONTINUE THIS EVENING...WITH SNOW THEN GRADUALLY ENDING BY EARLY
    FRIDAY MORNING.
    * STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION...4 TO 8 INCHES...MAINLY ABOVE
    9000 FEET.
    * IMPACT...CONDITIONS WILL BE HAZARDOUS AT TIMES DUE TO POOR
    VISIBILITIES IN SNOW...AND ICY AND SNOW PACKED ROADS.
