    CENTRAL MOUNTAINS AND THE NORTHERN FOOTHILLS...
    .ANOTHER STORM SYSTEM IS MOVING TOWARDS COLORADO TODAY AND WILL
    BRING THE CHANCE FOR MORE HEAVY SNOW TO THE MOUNTAINS MONDAY AND
    MONDAY NIGHT. IN ADDITION...A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO NORTHEAST
    COLORADO TONIGHT WITH UPSLOPE FLOW DEVELOPING IN THE NORTHERN
    FOOTHILLS. THERE WILL BE A THREAT FOR HEAVY SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS
    NEAR THE WYOMING BORDER AND ACROSS THE NORTHERN FOOTHILLS FROM
    MONDAY THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT. THERE WILL ALSO BE SOME POTENTIAL
    FOR HEAVY SNOW MONDAY NIGHT IN THE FORT COLLINS AND GREELEY AREAS
    AND EASTWARD ALONG THE WYOMING BORDER.

    WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE
    MONDAY NIGHT.
    * TIMING...SNOW WILL INCREASE DURING THE DAY AND POSSIBLY BECOME
    HEAVY AT TIMES LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 10 INCHES THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT.
    * WIND/VISIBILITY...EAST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH WITH VISIBILITIES
    AROUND ONE QUARTER MILE IN HEAVY SNOW.
    * IMPACTS...ROADS MY BECOME ICY AND SNOWPACKED DURING PERIODS OF
