    HIGHWAY 550 THROUGH THE SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS. HEAVY SNOW WILL
    RESTRICT VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN 1/2 MILE AT TIMES. SOME
    BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE.
