    * A DEEP PLUME OF MONSOONAL MOISTURE CONTINUES ACROSS EASTERN
    UTAH AND WESTERN COLORADO THROUGH THIS EVENING. FREQUENT
    SHOWERS AND SOME THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED WITH OCCASIONAL
    HEAVY RAIN. LOCAL FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE. WITH SATURATED
    GROUND CONDITIONS IN MANY AREAS...NOT MUCH RAIN WILL BE NEEDED
    TO GENERATE FLASH FLOODING.
    * AREAS PRONE TO FLASH FLOODING OR MUD DEBRIS FLOW INCLUDE SMALL
    STREAMS AND CREEKS...SLOT CANYONS...ARROYOS...SLICKROCK
    AREAS...AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES. ROCK OR MUD SLIDES MAY BE
    POSSIBLE IN AREAS OF STEEP TERRAIN.
