    CENTRAL MESA COUNTY REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...
    THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
    * THE WEST SALT CREEK LANDSLIDE IN NORTH CENTRAL MESA COUNTY.
    * THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON
    * LOCAL OBSERVATIONS AT THE SAG POND IN THE LANDSLIDE CONTINUE TO
    SHOW WATER LEVELS SLOWLY DECREASING. IN ADDITION...EMERGENCY
    MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL REPORTED WATER FLOWING OUT OF THE SAG POND
    AND THOUGH A NEWLY FORMED CHANNEL ON THE LANDSLIDE. THIS FLASH
    FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED AT THE REQUEST OF EMERGENCY
    MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS TO ACCOUNT FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF FLASH
    FLOODING.
    * THE NEAREST DOWNSTREAM TOWN IS COLLBRAN. PEOPLE IN LOW LYING
    AREAS BELOW THE WEST SALT CREEK LANDSLIDE SHOULD STAY ALERT TO
    CHANGING CONDITIONS. EVACUATIONS MAY BE NECESSARY IF CONDITIONS
    DETERIORATE.
    DAM SAFETY EXPERTS...WITH STATE AND LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES...
    ARE MONITORING THE DAM AND WILL ISSUE PUBLIC STATEMENTS AS
    CONDITIONS WARRANT. PLAN NOW SO YOU WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO IN AN
    EMERGENCY. KEEP INFORMED BY LISTENING TO LOCAL RADIO AND
