    UPPER ARKANSAS RIVER BASIN OF CHAFFEE AND LAKE COUNTIES. SCATTERED
    SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL ADD TO FLOWS AT TIMES...
    POTENTIALLY PUSHING STREAMS OUT OF THEIR BANKS. CONSEQUENTLY...A
    FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT.

    TONIGHT...
    THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
    * A PORTION OF CENTRAL COLORADO...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
    AREAS...EASTERN SAWATCH RANGE...MOSQUITO RANGE AND UPPER
    ARKANSAS RIVER VALLEY.
    * UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT TONIGHT
    * RAPID SNOWMELT OF A LATE SEASON SNOWPACK HAS CAUSED STREAMS TO
    RUN HIGH. A NUMBER OF STREAMS IN THE WATCH AREA ARE SWOLLEN TO
    BANK FULL LEVELS. WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED AT
    TIMES THIS EVENING...ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL ON TOP OF SNOWMELT
    MAY CAUSE LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING.
    * RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO LAKE AND CHAFFEE COUNTIES SHOULD PAY
    CLOSE ATTENTION TO WATER LEVELS. BE PREPARED TO FIND HIGHER
    GROUND SHOULD WATER LEVELS RISE. FOLLOW ANY EVACUATION ORDERS
    ISSUED BY LOCAL OFFICIALS.
