    .AN EXCEPTIONALLY MOIST ATMOSPHERE WILL COMBINE WITH AN UPPER
    LEVEL DISTURBANCE TO PRODUCE WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
    ACROSS THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE AND PIKES PEAK REGION. HEAVY
    RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
    THE LOCALIZED STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS. BURN SCARS...URBAN AREAS...AND
    LOCATIONS WITH SUSCEPTIBLE SOILS...WILL BE MOST PRONE TO THE
    THREAT FOR FLASH FLOODING THROUGH THIS EVENING.

    THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR
    * PORTIONS OF CENTRAL COLORADO...EAST CENTRAL COLORADO AND SOUTH
    CENTRAL COLORADO...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN CENTRAL
    COLORADO...EASTERN SAWATCH RANGE...MOSQUITO RANGE AND UPPER
    ARKANSAS RIVER VALLEY. IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...EL PASO
    COUNTY AND TELLER COUNTY AND THE RAMPART RANGE. IN SOUTH
    CENTRAL COLORADO...EASTERN SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS...LA GARITA
    MOUNTAINS AND UPPER RIO GRANDE VALLEY.
    * UNTIL 9 PM MDT THIS EVENING
    * MONSOON MOISTURE AND AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL COMBINE TO
    PRODUCE SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS
    THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE AND PIKES PEAK REGION. SOME OF THE
    STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY
    RAINFALL SUFFICIENT TO CAUSE FLASH FLOODING. BURN SCARS...URBAN
    AREAS AND AREAS WITH SUSCEPTIBLE SOILS WILL BE MOST PRONE TO
    FLASH FLOODING THROUGH THIS EVENING.
    * MUD...ASH...AND DEBRIS FLOWS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN AND NEAR BURN
    SCARS. HEAVY RAINFALL MAY ALSO CAUSE ROCK SLIDES IN THE
    MOUNTAINS ALONG THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE.
