    AND WET MOUNTAIN RANGES.
    * CAUSE AND TIMING...AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM IS FORECAST TO
    MOVE ACROSS THE DESERT SOUTHWEST BRINGING A PERIOD OF WET...
    HEAVY SNOWFALL TO THE EASTERN MOUNTAINS...GENERALLY ABOVE 7000
    FEET. THE BEST WINDOW OF HEAVY WET SNOW WILL BE SUNDAY NIGHT
    THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...1 TO 2 FEET WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.
    SNOWFALL RATES COULD BE INTENSE AT TIMES WITH AROUND 2 INCHES
    PER HOUR POSSIBLE.
    * WIND...NORTHEAST TO EAST AT 15 TO 25 MPH.
    * IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL BECOME HAZARDOUS DUE TO HEAVY SNOW...POOR
    VISIBILITIES AND SNOW COVERED ROADS. SOME TREE DAMAGE AND POWER
    OUTAGES WILL BE POSSIBLE DUE TO THE INTENSE SNOWFALL
    RATES...ESPECIALLY ON NEWLY LEAFED OUT TREES ACROSS THE LOWER
    ELEVATIONS.
