    * LOCATION...LAKE COUNTY...CHAFFEE COUNTY...NORTHWEST SAGUACHE
    COUNTY...THE LA GARITA MOUNTAINS AND THE UPPER RIO GRANDE
    VALLEY.
    * CAUSE AND TIMING...A PACIFIC WEATHER SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE
    REGION THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING RESULTING IN A PROLONGED PERIOD
    OF SNOW. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL THROUGH ABOUT
    MIDNIGHT...WITH SNOWFALL DECREASING THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...STORM TOTALS OF 4 TO 8 INCHES FOR THE
    VALLEY AREAS WITH 1 TO 2 FEET OVER THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
    * WIND...NORTH TO NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH.
    * IMPACT...TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO A COMBINATION OF
    SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND ICY OR SNOW
    COVERED ROADS.
