    * TIMING...SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES IN COMBINATION WITH GUSTY WINDS
    IS EXPECTED OVER THE MOUNTAINS ALONG THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE
    THROUGH THIS EVENING...WITH SNOW DECREASING BY SUNRISE FRIDAY.
    * TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...8 TO 12 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY
    HIGHER SNOW AMOUNTS...ESPECIALLY ON WEST FACING SLOPES.
    * WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH LOCALIZED WIND
    GUSTS AROUND 35 MPH AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY OVER HIGHER EXPOSED
    TERRAIN. BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AS WELL AS LOW VISIBILITY
    IS LIKELY...PRIMARILY AT AND ABOVE PASS LEVEL.
    * IMPACTS...ROADS OVER MONARCH PASS...WOLF CREEK PASS...AND
    FREMONT PASS WILL LIKELY REMAIN ICY AND SNOWPACKED THROUGH
    TONIGHT WITH HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ANTICIPATED. IN
    ADDITION...VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED AT TIMES DUE TO HEAVY

    WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...INTO THE
    AFTERNOON BEFORE TAPERING OFF TOWARD EVENING.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS 4 TO 8 INCHES
    MOST AREAS WITH UP TO A FOOT OF NEW SNOW ACROSS THE EASTERN
    SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS.
    * WIND...SOUTHWEST TO WEST 15 TO 25 GUSTING TO 40 MPH.
    * IMPACT...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO A
    COMBINATION OF SNOW...BLOWING SNOW...POOR VISIBILITIES AND
    ICY...SNOW COVERED ROADS.
