    * TIMING...SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL DEVELOP LATE THURSDAY
    AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS WILL RANGE FROM 3
    TO 6 INCHES...WITH 5 TO 10 INCHES IN THE FOOTHILLS. BANDS OF
    HEAVY SNOW MAY LOCALLY PRODUCE 6 TO 12 INCHES OF SNOW.
    * WIND/VISIBILITY...HEAVY SNOW MAY CAUSE VISIBILITY TO FALL TO A
    QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.
    * IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED
    DUE TO ICY AND SNOWPACKED ROADS AND POOR VISIBILITIES DURING
    THE EVENING COMMUTE THURSDAY. ROADS WILL REMAIN SNOWPACKED AND
    ICY THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.
