    ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH RAIN AND SNOW MIXED IN BELOW 9000 FEET.
    SNOW LEVEL WILL LOWER TO MOUNTAIN BASES BY SATURDAY MORNING.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION...A FOOT OR MORE IS POSSIBLE WITH UP TO TWO
    FEET POSSIBLE IN THE SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS ABOVE 10000 FEET.
    * WINDS...EAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.
    * VISIBILITY...REDUCED TO UNDER ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES IN
    MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
    * IMPACTS...SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE.

    * TIMING: FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. THE
    HEAVIEST SNOW SHOULD FALL BETWEEN MIDNIGHT FRIDAY NIGHT AND
    NOON MST SATURDAY.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATION: 8 TO 16 INCHES POSSIBLE IN THE PARK RANGE
    NEAR STEAMBOAT SPRINGS...WITH 5 TO 10 INCHES POSSIBLE ACROSS
    THE FLAT TOPS AND NEAR VAIL PASS. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS IN THE
    CITY OF STEAMBOAT SPRINGS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 4 TO 8
    INCHES.
    * WINDS: WEST TO NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR40
    MPH.
    * VISIBILITY: DROPPING TO UNDER ONE MILE AT TIMES IN HEAVY SNOW
    AND BLOWING SNOW.
    * IMPACTS: INTERSTATE 70 NEAR VAIL PASS AND HIGHWAY 40 OVER
    RABBIT EARS PASS WILL BECOME ICY AND SNOW PACKED.
