     Brian_titus,

Unless you have walked in their shoes and know what you are talking about you need to keep your comments to yourself.

I know that Craig Fire/Rescue did everything possible to save that structure and are feeling down about the loss. I know what I'm talking about because I have walked in their shoes for 20 years and know that feeling of failure when a life is lost or the fire won.

The whole community should be proud of Craig Fire/Rescue and support them in every goal they try to achieve. They are putting their life on the line for everyone of us 24 hours a day.

Now Brian_titus, I feel you owe Craig Fire/Rescue a public apology for your comments on this forum and challenge you to apply next fall to become a firefighter since you think it is so easy. Come on see if you have what it takes::.

I also want to thank West Routt for the mutual aid, be safe brothers

    Sorry Native !!!!
I was just driving by the hospital and was wondering what the plan was for the building….. So if it is a county building, will Moffat county start paying for the utility's if the hospital moves? Or has the county always had to pay for the upkeep, insurance, utilitys and other things on that building? Or will the hospital be paying these items for two buildings until it is sold? Am I thinking to far ahead???????

Thanks Samantha for the information. Now you have my curiosity up: On 9/4/07, earlier in this discussion you compared the costs of other hospitals that where or are being built in the area. Here is my question, Did any of these hospitals go for a tax increase? Where they successful?

Thanks for the information, I had seen the little sniplets in the paper. Was gone last week a bit and that must have been the day it was in the paper. Sorry Daily Press for doubting you.

Has anyone seen a schedule of the events at the fair this year? I might have missed the schedule in the paper but don't think so. If it was not printed by the paper, that is real sad. No wonder traditions die. The fair used to be a big event, I guess not anymore. Oh well something like 89 years of the fair is plenty.

Craig's deer and elk lovers unite !!!!! Ok here is the plan, we can make deer and elk in the City of Craig a crime, Trespassing, Vandalism, Loitering. Then they can go before Bonnie Roesink and be set free. Or we could get them hooked on meth. They would go free for sure then !!!! Well maybe the last idea is not so smart. The animals then would do anything then to get a fix or a meal, like hi-jack a hay truck, trample our kids in the parks for their lunch money, steal salt shaker from the restaurants for the nutrients. They would be in the streets running into cars.

Question of the week

News this week showed snowpack in the Yampa River basin has reached 94 percent of median for the date. Do you think Moffat County is out of the woods as far as drought concerns?

or see results without voting.
