hunter!!! Nice, your tag name is fitting for you. Your family means less to you then what the law reads (e.i. 'If your so hard on luck for food the last thing you should do is risk a fine, jail time, confiscation of your vehicle, rifle etc.') and there's a difference between poaching and providing for your family. Poachers go about shooting without regard and providers will do what they need to so to survive! Please indulge!!!

UBC (Unified Building Code) vs. HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development). HUD are mobile homes/manufactured with steel/metal frames (like a vehicle) and UBC are modulars with wood joist floor supports just like stick built homes. And while your looking up UBC vs. HUD try looking up the difference between modulars and manufactured homes.
Mortgage companies are lending just with more scrutiny. I just obtained a $250,000 refi, closed within three weeks, and was able to get 5.25% (which saves me about $300 monthly). Just need to pay your bills on time and keep your credit score above average and you'll have no problems.
Good to see that some of us are educated and use this form to help the less informed.

TDN hour would be awesome!!!!! I also sent them an email. Lets get this community pumped about the TDN concert. Cause maybe if there's a great turnout, Craig might start having concerts again, just like back in the day during GOWD!

The average newspaper is printed at an 8th grade reading level, so let me help you out… “Tickets are going on sale for the Craig Kiwanis Club play which is March 7th and 8th at the Moffat County Fairgrounds Pavilion”.

I'm 29 and I've heard of TDN (Thanks JB for informing your generation of some of TDN's more recognizable songs). City of Craig did ask for committee volunteers/organizers and also asked for imput into the Cenntennial Celebration and it was posted in the Craig Daily Press on the 3rd page, not sure the exact week but it was there. I, for one, am very excited that Craig is turning 100 and will be at all the events that will take place and am greatful of the hard work thats going into this celebration with what little resources and funds are available. As for you that are knocking Pike, he has done so much for this community (i.e., pool complex, bike trails, Whittle the Wood, Triple Crown, etc.), if you don't like such activies and events in this great community, then I would suggest moving! And if you think you can do a better job theres an open position as an interim City Council member. keep up the good work organizers!!
