buff bronc fan you must have landed on your head when you got bucked off! “operating within the parameters ofhis office”? Do you think ordering ICE NOT to enforce immigration laws AND allowing ATF to walk illegal guns across the border is “within the parameters of his office”????? That's just two examples of the extreme indifference Obama has shown for the rule of law and the Constitution. Care to carry this out any further or do you just want to surrender now?

Am I surprised in Tom Gray's comments? NOT! I mean he's only a two term Republican County Commissioner and he doesn't know where the (presumptive) Republican Presidential candidate stands on the issues!!!! How does a person like that even get elected Commissioner in the first place???

The last I knew the top of the Sandrocks was private property. If that is still correct, the City cannot close access to it.

I agree with “higway 1340”. Time for Msrs. Scranton, Hafey et al to “get the hell out of the way” and allow Bulldog Football to rebuild a strong program. I cannot tell you how many past MCHS football players would LOVE to see the current staff gone!

Judy Shelton is truely one of the most gracious and caring people I have ever met. I am so sorry that I wont be able to attend her party and tell her face to face. Horizons will surely miss her and find her difficult to replace. My very best to Judy, Pete and her entire famiy. Enjoy retirement!!!

Now might be a good time to address the coaching situation with the MCHS football team. After another dismal season, it would be appropriate to talk about changing directions with this program. It seems that the coaching staff cannot produce wins in this program and cannot retain athletes past sophomore year. Many have wondered why our middle school is so successful and those successes can't be continued at the varsity level. We have all watched how the staff interacts with the athletes and, frankly, why more kids don't leave the program. I have personally seen coaches berate and belittle the athletes in practice and games and find it appalling. Coaches need to be stern but they also have to be supportive and directive in their behavior. In short, the MCHS football program has failed with the current staff and it should be replaced.

Fairly typical for YVEA! From the top down this is a place that could care less. Larry Covillo runs the board; not the board running the organization. Stand by and see if the board steps in and does something about this or if they just roll over, like they always have, and do nothing.
