Health insurance certainly is not free. If I pay my premiums then get sick do you think its right for my insurance to refuse to pay he bills? That's what I got the insurance for? This was legal before health care reform was passed.

Romney has vowed to repeal the health care law on his first day in office. What does he plan to replace it with? Will those of us with preexisting conditions be black listed again by health insurance companies? Will funding for preventative care for lower income people be taken away? Will young adults struggling to find jobs now be forced to drop if off their parents insurance policies?

Everyone pays for their own health insurance through premiums. You are not paying for someone else's health care. This is a made up issue.

Respectfully, I think you are all missing the bigger point. Why is the hospital hiring someone like this? Their “everyone is replaceable” policy is clealy short sighted and detrimental to the community. The bottom line is clearly more important to the hospital administration than keeping qualified people.
