I hope people post there opinions, because if the people who can make changes to better TMH's horrible administrative “team” will not know. Please voice your opinion. Mabey they will do whats right and make some changes. I will say that the nurses, techs, some docs, who interact with pt care are great. But it's sad most have to go to work not knowing if it's there last day.

Hey TMH how about the number of employees you have terminated in oh say…. the last 6 months? Im sure the city doesnt know that number and your reasons.

I cant even put in to words how horrible TMH is to there employees. They make them so disposable no matter how good of a job you do. Its like being in grade school, if you don’t get along with the people your “suppose” to then your trash to them. For them to fire some one who has a disability, for one is just plane wrong! Making excuses to make the employee they “don’t like” to get them fired is inexcusable!! Firing someone who has worked for them for 15 years, because they make to much money, come on. Firing someone who has cancer, and someone who’s family member has cancer, come on TMH they were part of your team and you crush there entire carrier and lives so you can save money on insurance. The community is not dumb, word gets out faster than you think for your horrible behavior to your employees, who, if you ask, 99% of them go to work with the fear that they will be fired because the right person does not like them. Its not only families your destroying in this horrible economy but peoples carriers! There medical professionals… now there suppose to go to Steamboat, Grand junction, Denver to work? How would you feel if you had that fear instilled in you everyday you go to work? Try doing the right thing with your employees. Also you should be ashamed for terminating one person who had an addiction, but with someone you liked, you allow them to do a diversion program to help them get back on there feet. If you treated everyone the same perhaps that young man you fired would be alive today given the opportunity other employees have. Shame on you TMH administrative staff!!! Open your eyes, you terminated good hard working people for your own gain. I just don’t know how people like you can look at your self’s in the merrier and like your self. Come judgment day, your going to have some explaining to do. Live with that!
