Doze it! It's an OLD building and there is no point in throwing good money after bad. Sell the land to a developer and use the money to pay off some of the debt incurred in building a new hospital. It is in the center of a residential area so new houses built on the site would seem the most logical.

Oh get a grip! Teachers and Coaches along with everyone else pick their favorites based on who is most delightful to interact with (a good reason to teach your children not to be brats). Could it be that you were replaced by some other kid that was more pleasant to deal with???
