Actually the best way to do that is stuff your other junk mail into the post paid envelope to the point it requires additional postage, which has to be paid by holder of the mailing permit on the envelope.
Hmm another side to the story.....what a concept! Every man made object that you touch in a day has at one point been on a truck. Roads are paid for largely by the taxes that are added to the cost of a gallon of fuel (including deisel), so yes the truckers DO own the road. Thank you Adrian

And you with your intimate knowledge of everything can use your bully pulpit to shove stuff like this down our throats. I truely think this group needs to be disbanded!!!!
