It should be no more difficult to enforce than the gun laws that were recently passed i.e. high capacity magazines.
The real challenge of course would be determining “head of household”.

Very good point Rosemary. In fact All of the cities with the strictest gun laws (Washington DC, New Orleans, Chicago, etc.) have the highest violent crime rates. Perhaps its because the criminals KNOW that fewer people have guns to protect themselves?
Again gun LAWS only affect law abiding citizens and do nothing to deter the criminal conversely they actually play into the hand of the criminal!

The Key here is “voter-Approved Amendment 64”.
The message sent to our youth is certainly not going to be any worse than seeing the sots stumbling out of the bars.
I will however say delaying the clubs until all of the improvements to the Kum-N-Gos' munchie aisles are firmly in place would be wise.

I remember watching ranchers treat cattle through the chutes better than airline travelers are treated today. These knee jerk reactions have accomplished very little other than to make a mode of travel quite miserable. Wouldn't it be easier to just make us all fly naked?
