It really can be a lot of fun. When my son was overseas, I'd send care packages to him. I'd send stuff that I would mark just for him and then I'd have other stuff for him to pass around because I knew there were other soldiers who never got anything. I hoped that I might make someone besides my son a bit happier by receiving something from the US.
WOW, you took what my husband and I thought was a fairly good movie and made it sound pretty bad.
Sure, this Lone Ranger isn't what we thought it would be, because we thought it would be something like the old shows we use to see when we were kids, but it still was an entertaining movie.
Who cares if Depp has any Native America descendants? He is an actor, he is acting a part........just like all actors do.
Folks, I would tell you, if you want to see something like we saw as kids and that's it, then don't go, but if you want to see something that has some action, drama, romance and comedy, with a little blood and guts in it, this could be a movie you would enjoy. We did.
If I had had to make the decision, I think "Upon A Time" would have gone to the Library.
What about putting the last one at the fair grounds or between the old hospital and VNA? Just a thought.
I'm sure you're right. Sooner or later the county will have to get involved in this too.
The whole pot thing is very confusing to me. I am not a user, so in the end it really doesn't matter to me one way or the other.
It's illegal under Federal Law, but the State of Colorado says it's ok to use it.
The State of Colorado says it's ok to use it, but Craig Colorado says No!
Don't you kind of think that sends a mixed message to our kids too? I know I am rather confused over it!
Also, will this turn out to be like the gun control issue, where CPD and the Sheriff's office might decide they won't go out of their way to enforce this law because their time and recourses are better spent elsewhere?
Since this is the City Council having the discussion over Amendment 64, Tom Mather's has nothing to do with it.
I am all for this project. However, I find it interesting that the cost to us keeps going up.
First it was 4 thousand per household and 17.00 per month added onto our already higher water bills, then we get a letter in the mail that stated the cost would be 4,600 per household at 19.00 per month and now this article has it even higher.
AND, the sewer portion of our water bill has already increased 3.00 a month and we were told that our rates wouldn't go up!!.......oh sorry, this rate hike doesn't count cuz the work hasn't been started yet, right?
I do agree the work needs to be done, but the cost needs to stop going up or I am afraid the residents will vote it down.
DavidMoore, I heard one was spotted in Craig again. Close to where the one was put down last year!!
Good for you girls. I hope you enjoy your season no matter how it turns out for you.
I think this is very wrong of the county to do. I don't like my copay either and I can tell you it is way more that 35 dollars and my husband doesn't like taking time off from work to go to the Dr either.
And then there is the fact that I thought this was some how going to be housed at the court house so they didn't have to actually take time off from work to go?? Um, let's see, a house on Tucker means leaving your job to go get checked out. Might as well go to a regular clinic!
This is not money well spent and I think the three of you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for approving this.
