A two day tournament would be hard to do. All of the coaches and assistants have full time jobs outside of softball. It is asking a lot for the coaches to use vacation or just miss a day of pay in order for each team to have a nice easy tournament. I do not believe The ump was hurrying things because she was tired. If that was the case, you need to think about them too. They were there all day, listening to parents heckle them about calls and the way the tournament was being ran. Call Pam at 824-8151 and volunteer your time to help plan a better planned day of play. That is the problem a lot, people complain about schedules, refs, umps and coaching but never stand up to help. It is way easier to sit and complain than to stand and help.
