I wonder what happens to the look of the land after all the minerals have been drained? After landscape after landscape has been altered in Moffat County, one must wonder what will be the draw to attract tourists…

Just a suggestion. Perhaps it is time to think outside of the box. Instead of Craig and Moffat County what about thinking of Moffat County as a whole.

Craig vs. Moffat County does get old. Everyone would benefit if we all could work together. Just a thought…

I taught many students whose parents were employed in the coal industry; so I think I understand the sensitivity of this issue.

But shouldn't Craig be looking at something beyond Coal?

When we moved to Craig I was all set to buy a bale of hay to feed the deers. Some of the neighbors objected as it might ruin their lawns.

Sad really as I thought most Craig residents were for the environment…
