Did you ever notice that when someone calls someone else a racist they also call that individual a bunch of other names as well? I guess my mom was wrong, and 2 wrongs do make a right.

I wanted Hillary. For some reason I just can't hop on the Obama bandwagon. I think he's just good at telling different groups of voters what that group wants to hear. Plus I like my guns, and worry he'd be really anti-gun. Could anyone clue me in on Obama's position on gun control?

McCain? I actually like him, but..... I'm afraid my finger just wouldn't be able to push a republican button once I get in the voting booth.

My vote will go to Cynthia McKinney. I'm a male, but admit that a female would make a better president.

I have figured out how to make a hydogen on demand system that would entirley fuel a car. It uses 2 twelve volt coils, aluminum wire, and a rotating aluminum drum. It is basically like welding underwater in the ocean (saltwater). My design includes an over pressure sensor/relay, spark arrestor, volume regulator, and a cooling system. The hydrogen released would get jetted directly in to the injector intake. I'm in the process of researching salinty/freezing point of the water. The only cost would be water, salt, baking soda, and aluminum wire. I hope to build my device this summer. Hopefully I won't blow myself up in the process. Wish me luck.

The total amount of oil pumped out of Saudi Arabia since the 1940's equals 1 trillion barrels. We have 2 trillion barrels locked in oil shale in western CO/eastern UT. The fun has just begun.

The old hospital is named TMH. The new one should it's own name. I think a simple name like Craig Medical Center.

The question is politically biased. Why didn't it read:
Who do you think has a better chance of beating John McCain in the presidential election?

If we spend that money at Wal-Mart, the money will go to China. If we spend it on gasoline it will go to the Arabs, if we purchase a computer it will go to India, if we purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala, if we purchase a good car it will go to Japan, if we purchase useless crap it will go to Taiwan and none of it will help the American economy.

The only way to keep that money here at home is to buy whiskey and beer, since these are the only products still produced in the US .

Having lived in the Detroit area before moving to Craig 5 years ago, well, I copied from a post I did in the past and just pasted it below:
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    - I always laugh when I hear people say Craig has a drug problem. Those people don't know what a drug problem is. I do. I've lived inbetween two crack houses in the inner city back east. You have absolutley no idea what it's like to have to live in your basement due to the bullets flying around out in front of your house on a nightly basis. Or having to spray the passed out drug addicts with a hose in the morning to get them out from under the bushes underneath the windows in the front of your house. Or having to see hookers all over everywhere at all hours of the day and night.

I could go on and on. I could tell you stories most of you wouldn't even believe.

Thats why I moved here to raise my kids.

I doesn't get any better than Craig America. -
    --------------------------------------------------------
Sooo...... I just don't see a drug problem in Craig that compares to what I've seen in the past.

On What is your view of the drug problem in Craig?

oldsage - I feel your pain. I wasn't real keen on the 2 bond issues either. I use the hospital in Steamboat, and I send my kid to school in Hayden. However, I do use the airport in Craig and would be willing to contribute towards a new terminal building. Hmmm..... I guess the bottom line is I'm only in favor of whats good for me and screw the community, even though I feel I get treated with kindness and respect from all those that make their homes here; Craig is a great place to live.
