If you're here illegally, no…you get nothing. You want the benefits of this country, learn the language, follow the rules and become a citizen, just like the rest of us. Otherwise, go home. Not only vets and active-duty soldiers but ordinary Americans have to pay tuition, and my state tax dollar pays for it for illegals??? I don't think so! Not just “no”, but “hell no”!!!!!

I love reading Baxter…he makes me laugh! And today's offering is just as good as all the others…proving that age-old axiom of KISS: Keep It Simple, Stupid!!!

James81625 - I totally agree with you. After three or four unsatisfactory trips to TMH, my family now goes to Steamboat for treatment unless the issue is life-threatening. Between the poor care and the overbilling for services not recieved or double charged for, we have no faith in TMH and will no longer go there unless absolutely necessary. Which is a pity…I had high hopes when the new hospital was built.

I've been here for 18 years and the parade has steadily improved over that time, with this year's being the best yet. The floats were awesome, and the time, effort and expense the businesses and organizations put into making them is greatly appreciated. It was a perfect way to start the holiday season. The smiles and twinkling eyes of the children was wonderful to see, and make it all worth it. I was especially tickled by the cement truck…it looked like a giant ornament rolling down the road! Thanks to all who contributed, both on the ground and on the floats. Your smiles and good cheer warmed my heart.

Amen! Excellent post! We have GOT to get this guy out of the White House or we will crumble as a nation even more than we already have.

Well said, Cathy, and so true. Shawn and Sarah teach and guide with patience and thought, and they have a great group of kids to work with, and I don't say this just because my grandson is one of their team members. The kids in 4-H archery are an exemplary group of young people, and watching their dedication to their sport and to each other gives one hope for the future and the kind of adults they will turn out to be. They all seem to be getting a good foundation at home, and Shawn and Sarah enhance this through their guidance. This is shown thru the senior team placing third at state, the junior team winning state, and this club has eight young people who qualified for Nationals. The support they give each other and the support they get from their families and coaches helped them acheive this, along with their own skill and dedication.Way to go, Sliver Slingers! Job well done!

Seriuosly…you take up space in our local paper to reprint non-news about this twit…like we care?!!

I understand that there are newsworthy things, such as fires, that are happening all over the state, and country, but since this is our local paper, it would be nice to see equal coverage of things such as fires that are burning locally…like the one in our own back yard in Powder Wash. And since I'm talking about local news and information, why is it that when I bring up the on-line employment ads in the CDP, 98% of what I see are job ads for Steamboat? I realise our paper is printed in Steanboat, but I wasn't aware that Steamboat had become the center of the universe for Craig America.
