Rucker, why is it just tmerwin that has to realize her actions? They both knew what they were doing, they are both responsible for their actions and I think they both know that now. I'm not defending anybody or saying one is more wrong or right than the other, I'm just saying it took both of them to make this happen.
I read your first comment before it was removed. Made me wonder how you knew so much. But you knew it, why did the paper remove it? Because you knew the story before them? Interesting.
I wonder how many people will be waiting down on Yampa? Hopefully they put signs up or make an announcement on the radio for all the non paper reading people.
You're right Granny, this was about fast drivers and it got off topic on cats and my a$$. I agree people need to slow down as the driver is the one responsible for what ever it is in the road but on the other hand I think people should be more aware of not only their pets but also their children. I almost hit a girl about 4 or 5 behind safeway the other day that was sitting on a skateboard being pulled with a rope behind a girl on a bike. Had it not been for the girl on the bike looking backwards and down, I would not have seen the girl on the skateboard in the middle of the street. I drive a 3/4 ton diesel pickup and I know had I not seen that little girl; she would not be here. What if I had been a more careless driver or going faster? I'm sure the two girls live in the apartments behind the mall but where was the parent? Kids are kids and they do stupid things-once again it is the parent or animal owner in Teresa's case that should know where their pets and/or children are.
Oh how do I apologize to the almighty forum cop JAHM? I think I will stay awhile and be a smart a$$ just to annoy you and break your forum rules. And by the way, all I was stating was that cats make me sneeze, how does the almighty know I don't have a cat?? That's right, you don't. I didn't say anything derogatory towards the author of the article or about her beloved deceased pet cat. And I said I don't read HALF the sh*t on here because of all the whining, half is different than ALL of it. So if my sneeze comment offended anybody else in the Craig JAHM Press Forum; then I apologize that cats make me sneeze and that I stated as such. I do however believe that the comment from Greystone was more derogatory than mine, maybe you missed that one or maybe it was you were too busy talking about your own cat. I don't know but from now on I will have my posts edited and pre-approved before submission so as to not create drama for you. I deeply and sincerely apologize for my smart a** tendencies.
It's a spam posting to put their web address out. The CDP told Shawn Hadley he couldn't put anything on the paper forums regarding his business but they let these people do it all the time.
