I don't think that even the Craig Daily Press could assist someone in making themself sound that ignorant and uneducated. Mr. Bosick did a fine job of that himself.

A “STUNT” …… are you kidding me?!?! These guys had their reasons and yes they will pay for what they did in more ways then one.

First of all let me restate……i do not agree with what the did.

How much do you know about “cattle feed'? Do you have any idea how much it costs to feed cattle?

If you had 21,000 acres of land and someone was willing to pay you 80 grand, would you turn in down??!?!?!?! Don't let the little green monster out because someone else has the ability to make money off of what they OWN!!!

Once again…..tend to the weeds in your own back yard and don't pass judgement.

You know what……if I had a huge amount of land and could get people with entirely to much money to pay me trespass fees..guess what… I would do it to. Do I agree with what they did? No but I certainly understand it. If these two gentlemen were people whom we commonly see getting into trouble everyday that would be another story. To my knowledge neither one of these two are anything but hardworking ranchers. Who are we to judge them. It's really easy to sit back and say what horrible things they have done when we haven't heard their side of the story. I have friends that are ranchers and have told me horror stories of the elk not only devouring their very expensive and very limited hay, but also these elk goring their livestock in battles over the hay. So they not only lose their hay but they are also losing several head of livestock. Not to mention some of the livestock are pregnant.

All I am saying is please don't judge these guys by just the press stories. Just because they have land and they ability to make money off of it does not make them crooks. Truth be told I bet they were doing the same thing alot of ranchers in this area did this winter…they just got caught. I hope the DOW and and DA do not try to use the guys to make an example.

Before passing judgment just remember….there are very few people in this very small town who don't have weeds in their back yards. Tend to your own and leave your neighbors alone.

Good luck to both of you and I hope you are treated fairly.

I know and respect most of the people who signed that letter and am sad to say they are sooooooooo off base on this one. As a citizen I took the time to go read the search warrant at the court house, mostly out of curiosity. I strongly urge more citizen to do the same. This man is not what he appears to be on the outside. Don't personnally know him and after reading that, am glad of that fact.

Native….I never thought this would happen but I whole heartedly disagree with you. The Memorial Hospital needs to step up to the plate….seriously look at their staff…and accept some responsibility. I am all for having a hometown hospital that I could count on….but thats not happening. They first use a collection company that not only defrauded them but also defrauded many many members of the community. They also allow one doctor that I know of for sure has multiple malpractice lawsuits against him to continue to practice.

Let me take a moment to tell you of MY personal experiences with your hospital:

I have watched the whole evolution of the new hospital and not said anything:.and yes I voted for the new hospital.

However, I think that one of the main concerns from the community as a whole is::.will a new hospital bring new and better doctors. I hope so because I for one am tired of driving to Steamboat to ensure that myself and my family gets quality care.

I could tell you multiple horror stories of care your hospital dished out:just from my family. If I were to include my extended family and friends, we would need a month to discuss it. Stories including surgeries given that weren't needed, broken bones ignored and diagnosed as sprains, wrong medications given, and horrible bed sided manners.

Your doctors could do alot themselves to help your public image. Letting patients who happen to come in the emergency room during a shift change wait 30 minutes for the next doctor is not a good way to get people to come back. And yes:this really happened. They were overheard saying it would be better if the patient could wait as the present doctor really needed to leave on time that night. I can assure you the patient used that 30 minutes to drive to Steamboat. My personal favorite: a close personal MALE friend was billed for a hysterectomy. And yes…I actually saw this bill.

Any other business you frequent has to have quality customer service. Why should the hospital be any different? I am not talking about your CNA's or your Nurses because I truly believe they do the best they can with what they have to work with.

Anyone who reads the Daily Press can get a feel for how skeptical the community is just by comparing birth records:.Steamboat vs. The Memorial Hospital.

If you truly want your community to stand behind you I suggest that you start with a series of compassion and ettiquette lessons for your exisisting doctors. Just because they have a higher education does not give them the right to shun good hard working people.

Good luck with your new hospital and start recruiting.

Once again native…you have hit the nail on the head. A restaurant can not sink that much money into a place and then not get qualified help who can turn out a good meal……WITH customer service. I to ate at AJ's twice. Same experience as you. Lots of money and gross food. If you treat the community right….they will treat you right.

I can only hope that you two are not insinuating that people who go through the court system do not get treated fairly. I have been there on jury duty and personally witnessed court staff being abused by these “up-standing” citizens. If doing your job allows you to be abused by people who not only know and abuse the system, what a sad country this has become. If our county commissioners are not willing to take a stand and listen to the staff that deal with this element of people on a daily basis, and take measures to protect them while they are doing their jobs, then maybe its time we put them on notice. They say that money is the issue? How do you put a price tag on peoples safety? They have a right to be safe at work. In fact lets play it this way….if an incident occurs requiring immediate attention for security, I urge courthouse staff to call each of the commissioners instead of the sheriff. Let THEM stand between you and some ticked off person who really has nothing to lose. If that is there idea of “security” thank god none of my loved ones work at the courthouse.

To those who do work there….may God be with you and just know that there are some of us who think you are worth protecting.
