So let us discuss some of the posting comments “If ATV laws and ordinances were enforced NOW” what if all laws and ordinances were enforced NOW. Would we no longer have school shootings?….. “obey all the traffic laws as does any motor vechicle driver” when was the last time you saw someone on a bicycle ride through a stop sign? I have seen several and once or twice right in front of a cpd or sherriff deputy and the didn't give them a ticket. I know that for awhile they would be really strict on ATV's but after that we could get lax and not have to stop at the required interscections and just blow through them like a bicycle
It is a wonder any of us survive what with the town being full of demons. I thought that the only ones that could identify a demon was a demon themselves. We need to start carring mirrors and wooden crosses to make sure the person you are talking to isn't a demon or witch.
section 3. Effective date - applicability. This act shall take effect December 1, 2009, and shall apply to offenses committed on or after said date.
Taken from Page 6 of the link that Bryce posted. I read that as the law isn't enacted or effective until December 1, 2009. It also address motor vehicle carriers of which I see semi drivers talking on cell phones all the time especially on the interstate roads.
I do hope that Law enforcement entities will start enforcing it so we won't have do write another city ordinance to address it.
I could be wrong about this but I do believe that MC did have a Tourism Tax that funded the visitors center and put moneys into the coffers. It was put on the ballot and voted down some years ago because the people of MC didn't want to have to pay any extra taxes just to go out to eat. Maybe ALS is right we should bring back the Tourism Tax. OH my; did I just say the T word? Sorry!!!
Oldsage, you better stay out of the south then, they will and do shoot outsiders and nobody is the wiser. and stay off the Indian reservations because outsiders disappear there all the time.
If you aren't going to use a cat to eradicate the vermin in and around your barn or farmstead then there is absolutely no good use for a cat. They will crawl amongst you when you sleep and steal your soul. Watch your children around your cats and don't let them in the room with them when they are sleeping. !!!!!The only good cat is a dead one!!!!! and according to ALS it needs to be dead if you don't keep it on your property.
