PLEASE McGruber. I think that the health care reform is one of the biggest jokes EVER...... I think that insurance companys and the medical systems need to be completely redone. And I DO NOT think that IF this reform passes any good will come of it. I once again agree with dogfan. Im sick and tired of paying for other people and myself... WHOS helping me???? NOT the gov...

I agree with Dogfan. I had my daughter three years ago. By the time you add all the prenatal visits, hospital for you and child it runs close to 10 grand. For a normal noncomplicated birth. I am SO fed up with paying for illegal people and their illegal children. Its a shame.

I agree Rebelgirl. It seems to me that the only movies she approves of would be rated G, lol I could do without her two cents.

Just my two cents but Steamboat has the same trick or treat downtown like we do only difference is that they close main street down. I agree with david that they need to do something. Better safe then sorry. also the old highway stockdrive route, not a good idea. there is a very STEEP hill and VERY sharp turn/ corner that i dont think semis could make. There have been several accidents on that corner (9th street and haughey.)

I have to say that I agree with Gloria. I have adopted all my pets from shelters. Just not this one. And all the pets that I have adopted ( so far 5) were and still are disease free and have been fixed at the shelter that I adopted them from. I was going to adopt a dog from the shelter here, but when they wanted to charge me 110.00 for a older female dog that had already been fixed I told them that I cant swing that. I understand that they need to make money for the animals that they already have, but that price??? When you can drive 45min and adopt one for half that price? I will go some where else.

sorry I meant we need more qualified teachers and funding. I am not saying that Craig has bad teachers either, I believe that we are lucky to have great teachers. But now teachers teach around the state tests. I dont think thats right. I think that teachers should have certain subjects to cover within the year, and teach how they want to teach. Yes there should be accoutability, but leave it up to the school disctrict. sorry I got way off subject, but my main point is that i dont think that by going to school all day that a kindergartener is going to change anything.

This to me as a stay at home mother is so frustrating! I do not want my children going full day as a kindergarten student. I honestly dont think that starting them out full day is going to do anything. If it comes down to this my children will not attend kindergarten here. I've gone to the meeting and I dont think they care. Most of my friends that work and have children consider school to be a free babysitter. They laugh and tell me why pay a babysitter when you can have a full day of kindergarten??? Has anyone noticed that study say that american eighth grade students rank 15th in an international study on math achievement. By the time they graduate high school, they score near the bottom of all industrialized nations. I'm sorry but putting a six year old in full day kindergarten is suppose to change this??? I dont think so.. We as a country need to start teaching to teach, not teaching to for tests. When need more teachers and more funding.
