After the response from Bryce to my earlier comments, I thought, “He doesn't, or won't, get it.”
I also decided that if Bryce wasn't going to listen to his readers objectively (nimrod's analogy) then I was through and would write no more. But, OyveyCraig DID get it and said it much more clear than I. Perhaps…just perhaps Oyvey, Bryce will consider your comments for his own longterm benefit.

Bryce –
I’m not gonna count the number of times you have responded that no one should give their product away. I don’t think anyone has suggested that you give your product away. I think you have misunderstood what your product is. It is advertising. No one has suggested that you give away any advertising. A television station bears the expense of numerous news reporters, photographers, video editors and many technicians. Yet, they do not charge the viewers to view their newscasts. They DO charge for their advertising. Please explain to those of us who are not very bright what the difference is…other than one is the print media and the other is electronic media.
. The news is both instances is simply the carrier for the income producing advertising.

I never claimed to be too bright, but the numbers quoted mean nothing to me. Is it 57.1% of total Craig population or of those seeking medical care? What is the benchmark? You know what they say about statistics…
But, the real story is the sidebar. Three doctors leaving within six months? (One of which was voted best doctor in Craig - Dr. Phillips.) Director of nursing fired? If I were on the Board of Directors of TMH, I would be asking lots of questions of the CEO and Quorum.
Let him “beam” about those statistics!
