I think the honesty Mr. Kinkaid has put out there for everyone in the community is very noble and he should not be punished for trying to take care of an addiction!! As if that wasn't hard enough! He done so out of his own pocket and has donated the salary he was paid back to the community!!!
I wish you the best in your recovery Mr. Kinkaid, making a stand against addiction is not easy. I'm sure your family and friends are standing behind you as should your community for making a decision to better yourself, your life and others around you.
Completely agree!!! In fact I called and asked them that when they wanted local people nominated for businessman / woman of the year and was told they had to be chamber memeber's. Very sad that we cannot recognize outside of that spectrum.
Craigresident1987… It's a shame you have no respect for this young man. I for one would much rather read stories of hope and success than tragic events and death!! I guess some people just thrive off of sadness and cannot let other people shine.
WoW ranger520, perhaps you should go back to where you came from?? How about having some compassion and giving the man a chance? I am sure you have never told a lie or answered a question incorrectly…. however, not all people share that same God like quality that you seem to think you hold!
Come on people, he is human!!! Just because he was on the tax list doesn't mean anything about him as our commissioner, a father, husband, or friend. He still does his job in the same fashion whether or not he is behind on his taxes. Get a life and worry about your own taxes folks!
It's not like they were trying to lure kids into their cars with the candy… These people are humans and need to have a life just like you and I. Perhaps their conviction was years ago, perhaps they were wrongly accused, you don't know the story behind the title and perhaps you should be more interested in keeping an eye on your kids rather than an eye on these people who are just trying to get their lives back in order. Just my opinion.

As a community let's focus on the boys! They will need all the love and support they can get. Please think of them when you post ugly comments …
