first of all,why do so many assume the death of some one is always a suicide? stop being like the rest of the idiots who spread rumors.a death at the sand rocks does not mean suicide.to know the person is to know the truth of a sad tragedy! david burns was a good loving man who believed in god and loved all!!! unconditionaly!!

i have lived in craig all my life, and i got to say this town is FULL of jugdemental people who hide bihind the fact that they have not been caught.i know cops who in this community right now who are guilty of what this man was convicted of.just because it happened many years ago and they did not get into trouble for it dont make them better.i also have partied and used drugs with some of these officers.i have also done the same with many of our so called oustanding members of this community, they however feel that they can judge because they have not been caught.before you,as a pillar of this community make judgement calls,be sure to clean out your own closets!! every day i see peolpe over 18 involved with others under 18.watch out,you could be next! those of you having babies with people under 18 becareful cause you are next!!If i have offended, upset any one good because the tuth is truth.

its sad he got away with the criminal part.i have seen many more convicted just on her word, and less evidence.so he got fired he can still get a job as a cop some where else, and he can if he chooses.but thats the moffat county criminal justice system.the real criminals sit behind the bench, wear the badge, and prosocute the cases.

my only comment or question is this.why did the officer who was arrested for domestic violence released so fast and on a p.r of 700 dollars or so.everyone i have ever seen in jail must always see the judge before bail or even to be released?so is this going to be a new practice applied to everyone?

i remember when an officer got in trouble for the same thing back when they made the law which made it illegal to own or posses a fire arm for that crime .well any way evrey one was worried this officer would lose their employment with our fine local law en forcement.forget the girls black eye and split lip.i saw it i worked with her.but this officer accused of this crime got no charges and later returned to work.but hey his girl got the black eye and split lip so its all good/
