I see eye to eye that deer are not considered an infrastructure, but when someone gets hurt, all of us will be paying with tax dollars for the lawsuit. It will be an interesting winter in Craig America -- wait until Fox News gets interested in this project. Until then, it will just be a lot of discussion with little being accomplished except for a lot of discourse on these blogs. ;-)

The public loses when there isn’t open dialogue on issues. For example, why is MCTA spending so much of their budget on consultants and a director who appears unable to get the work completed in a timely manner? Where are the transparency and accountability, responsibility, and creditability of the some members of the Board? Why is there always a problem whenever the MCTA Board asks the Chamber Director how the Lodging Tax dollars are spent in the Visitor Center?

You might use spell check -- "i before "e" except after "c" – 3 spelling errors and two grammar errors. My parents paid for my high school education, I paid for my next two degrees. Once the city brought in DOW, they acknowledged the "perceived" problem, and now have the “deep pockets” for a very large lawsuit – and they probably won’t be hearing from the ACLU on this one like the one regarding election dollars. Watch you purse and pockets.

als362 -- I was using your analogy not mine --- did you need another reference? If the problem is a city problem, then everyone should pay for the actions like me paying for a service I am not using -- educating other people's children. I expect to have to pay for the deer problem before the City of Craig gets a huge lawsuit that we will ALL be paying -- City of Craig has very deep pockets for law suits. There is not a win-win solution available to any of us.

Based on als362 comments,on the deer, and since I don't have children, why is it I have to pay for the schools?

Taxpayer 4 years, 1 month ago on How should Craig City Council address the urban deer population?

justthefacts helps promote dialogue on a lot of topics - and while I do not always concur, at least people start discussing the various issues. Discussion is always good. thanks.

These are the ten questions on the Census -- I don't see anything about owning guns: The 2010 Census form is just 10 questions, such as:

•Name •Sex •Age •Date of birth •Hispanic origin •Race •Household relationship •If you own or rent

Also, the executives were involved in a Sting operation by the FBI " executives and employees of military and law enforcement products companies who were indicted for engaging in schemes to bribe foreign government officials to obtain and retain business, the Justice Department announced today."

Taxpayer 5 years, 7 months ago on TMH Board hears viability study about possible medical office building

Did the hospital board go through a bid process? Or did they just use the dart board method with only one name on it? I hope there are a few board members who are questioning these practices and making sure we have some type of transparency on these decisions. Maybe the next goal should be to remove the mill levy through the vote of the people who are stuck paying for these poor decisions. Highway 1340 is asking the questions that should have been addressed prior to hiring these consultants!
