Snow lied to jury in the opening and closing statments in Hankins murder trial. when he stated Terry murdered Cynthia for refusing him sex. when in fact Terry was attacked in his bed by ex felon. Jury tampering should get the attention of the colorado bar association where his license to practice law in the sate would be revoked. But instead he was rewarded with a job by city. Now he wants to just handle the oil and gas leases on contract from across the border in Utah I wonder if he ever had Colorado license to practice law to begin with.Even if he did he forgot the oath

If Snow had not presausively lied to the Hankins jury he never would been convicted of murder. in his opening statement he said Terry killed Cynthia for refusing him sex. that was a specfic lie. Cynthia had a extensive history of serious assults should have been locked upas soon as Hankins filed a restraining order. She should not of been at the apartment and she should not of tried to assult him in his own bed whitch lead to her being held in a restraining manner that ultamitaely caused her death. thats self defense manslaughter at worse. So it doesnt susprise me he has chossen to flee the jursidiction before public finds out
about the recent lawsuit against him and all the others involved in his unjust trial. What snow did was jury tampering he should be tried and convicted dont let him skip town just yet

I don't think Pot is a gateway drug. If pot where available legally then why would anyone go to substituting other drugs. In my youth if the town where dry other drugs then where still available I argue not having pot available makes other drugs and substances the only alternative. While no drug use is good alternative we seldome see teens not at least expermenting with drinking.Experience the ill effects of hard drugs no thanks i'll stick to the natural medicines

Cynthia for refusing sex and outright lie and now he has Mathers to thank for new job as county Lawyer. It would not susprise me if these sessions are just a way for co conspirators to keep hush hush the fact the City and county may be liable for millions when Hankins gets another trial. You cant get fair trial when prosecutor lies to the jury in that event a retrial is necessary. Maybe this time they will offer a plea bargain something like what really happened involentary man slaughter thats what it should be when someone tries kill you and they end up dead its self defense or its wreck less manslughter.

Not only is medical marijuana better then any pharm meds its way safer. With merdical marijuans a couple puffs of a Joint and you can get restfull sleep if you suffering from insomnia. If you have pain pot is a none addictive pain killer and in small amounts couple puffs. I can see why infusions might be a good alt for those who have never smoked. For other uses of Industrial Hemp this world could feed, house and keep warm all it's masses if Industrial hemp was totally utilized the ultimate fuel supply Hydrogen gas made for biodegradable sustainable Industrial Hemp.

Just in case you forgot DeAngelo was an investigator in the Terry Hankins murder trial and if you had not heard his conviction is under appeal. Hankins also is sueing all those involved including the X- DA Snow and DA Oldham
a couple of the Sheriffs and John Husband of the BLM.
Interesting how Husband retired early and Deangelo is leaving and his first lawyer David Wait moved to Steamboat springs. I look for the tide to shift and all these
people to be swept away in the next election cycle to flee
the county and hope their new employers dont find out what there really Like all hiding from pending litigation.

He was not and is not guilty asa he has yet to receive a fair trial. remember the bomb scare how can he have received a fair trial after that lark. Also Snow lied tothe jury in his opening statement that simple jury tampering he said cynthia was killed for not having sex that night. no Cynthia attacked Terry with blunt object he held her in restraint fearing for his life she was violent drug abusing
