Agreed…you do need to experiment with different things to find what works for you cuz if you are doing something that you dread then you'll fall off the workout wagon :) I do The Firm and absolutely LOVE it! I can do it in the comfort of my own home at any time of the day or night I have already seen inches coming off just after 10 days my pants fit a little less snug ;) I agree with the 2 week routine also…I have been doing mine for 2 weeks and it is now just part of my nightly routine!!

I am a fan of the drive thru diet :) not only does it statisfy my fast food craving but it sure beats the fat & calories of a big mac meal!!! I have lost 7lbs!!! just from working out and watching my portion size…so I'm still eating what I want but that's it!! Keep up the posts Michelle!!! we can get this done together :)

I'm excited to hear anyones suggestions on how to stay motivated…or even GET motivated to workout…I just can't seem to get there myself and it's very frustrating! I know that if I do it I'll see results…but how do I make myself “just do it” :)
