Apparently this is a legal option that in my opinion should be offered to Moffat County taxpayers. Many of those taxpayers are uninsured, underinsured or just more concerned and informed about their own health care and willing to be highly involved in it. I thought the hospital's motto was to serve the community. Isn't this a very basic and essential way to do so? Wouldn't this help defray costs to these very people who are paying for the hospital through their taxes?
