Some packing peanuts are made of cornstarch and are edible and should start to dissolve in your mouth.
However, most are not. Remembering my childhood, I could see where a demonstration of the cornstarch ones would lead someone who wasn't really paying attention to eat some foam ones, too. Of course, that is entirely their fault for not paying attention.

Too funny. First thing I thought when I saw the title was “I'm sure they could have some of ours.”

It's “prospective buyers” not “perspective buyers”. They sound similar but are not.

I agree 100% that something needs to be done about the illegals down there. I lived down by the border in Arizona for over 10 years. Been there, done that, have the break-in damage on my vehicle.
I think more needs to be done than just asking people who “appear to be illegal” for papers. If they get arrested, that's part of what is supposed to be done anyway.
The stuff Chrisbcritr pointed out are all problems, but they all involve things you can be arrested for except *being* in a drop house. But that's pretty damn obvious they're all illegal. (Loitering in parking lots, looking for work, is illegal in at least some parts of the state. If it's illegal where you are, perhaps you should consider reporting them.)
So all this law does is freak people out about what they need to carry and caused the state to be boycotted.
Drug runners and people movers (Coyotes) are already eluding the law and can even be legal citizens. If you can shut down those two groups and firm up the border so people can't come through, it would be a better angle of approach.
It'll be a good thing if this law makes the illegals feel they need to leave. But probably they'll just get a better fake license or steal someone's identity so they do have their “papers”. (Phoenix was at one point the identity theft capital of the US.) But it may make some leave who were already considering doing so because the economy sucks.

And until they start hauling in the illegal Scandinavians with this law, I still call it racist. The intent of the law may not be, this is true. But the enforcement will be.

As a citizen born in the United States do you know if you could actually prove you ARE a citizen? Legal immigrants would have the right paperwork, but would you? It's very easy to get a driver's license in some states, so don't think that will protect you.
If you're thinking it doesn't matter because you're white, you're admitting that this law is racist despite any arguments to the contrary.
Something absolutely does need to be done about illegal immigration into this country. More so about the drug runners. But this is not the way to do it.
I think it's time to watch the movie “Born in East L.A.” again. Or for the first time if you've never seen it.

I got there and it said the class was canceled and a line at the bottom of the schedule said this could happen due to lack of enrollment; but no where in this article or on the radio did it say enrollment was necessary or where to enroll.
When I called the chamber about it this morning, they also didn't say I needed to enroll.
So if anyone is interested in going to the morning class, I suppose you'd better find out where to enroll.

If you really want to help animals, I'm sure the humane society could use the money or your volunteered time. Those are animals right in front of you who need your help and you know they're real.
