    Congratulations, but I'm shocked that the The United States Patent and Trademark Office would approve such a service mark (not actually a trademark). Both “Elk Hunting” and “Capital of the World” are common word phrases. Regardless if they should or shouldn't of you guys got it!

    Now I'll need to head out there and harvest me a bull from the Elk Hunting Capital of the World!
