I think law enforcement should be given every opportunity to conduct their investigation. I'm sure the details will be released when the charges are filed. There is no such thing as a poor rustler trying to make a living by branding someone else's cattle. In the old days they would hang you for that.

Sounds like blueyes has some anger issues. I think Cole has the knowledge and background the board could use.

Well once again the current administration in Washington is trying to bend the laws and get around the constitution. So how’s that change working for you? Lets just call it the “great Obama land grab”

why should you have the right to stop others.

The way that the Obama administration thanks the brave young men & women who risk their live to protect & and defend the US and its Constitution in to put them on the terrorist watch list as well. Maybe that's because they are afraid that they WILL continue to protect the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic

I think that the VNA should step up to the plate and offer space to the team. This is more a Public Health Issue rather than a hospital issue.

As always some people point the finger at the parents. I am sure that more than anything they wished he was home in bed, why even bring it up. Teenagers all feel like they are bullet proof and invincible and that nothing bad can happen to them, Sometimes bad things happen to really good people and that's what a tragedy is. Short of a prisoner ankle bracelet, teenagers will get out if they are so inclined. I can still remember being that age and the stunts I pulled. Now a parent of teenagers I am more vigilant, but every now and then they still get one by me. My heart goes out to the parents, family and their friends. I can't even imagine the loss they must all feel. I do know that now is not the time to place blame anywhere- its just a terrible tragedy.

Random Searches conducted without reasonable cause? Sounds like the students of Moffat County are getting closer and closer to having their Constitutional Rights violated on an even grander scale. And as parents we may not even be notified. The best part of all of this is that our tax dollars are paying to have our children treated as criminals at the whim of a teacher or administrator. Before long the inmate at the Moffat County Jail will have more rights than our children. The school administrators and the School Board need a reality check.
