But hey, don't worry. The editorial board recently checked with George and Jennifer and it's “too soon for concern.” You've lost 4 physicians in 6 months, who all pointed their fingers at the administration. Not to mention all the other staff that has left for the same reason. Can't wait to see how bad it gets before it's time for concern.

Let's not hold our breath waiting for CDP to dig into this. TMH buys too much ad space for the paper to be anything near unbiased. As I write this, there is an ad next to me blinking “There's no place like TMH.” Thank God there's not, or we'd all be in trouble.

I used to work for TMH. At that time they were a good employer. Back then The largest reason that TMH lost employees, (doctors don't count) is folks move away to other communities, and those moves are driven by the work demands of the employees spouse.

I am not sure what is going on today.

Everyone knows that TMH has the paper bought off with all of the ads.
Kinda makes ya wonder if the docs that are left drank George's coolaid. We go to Steamboat since he ran Troy Phillips off.

We plan on taking our family of six to Steamboat, as well. We are completely disgusted with the loss of Dr. Phillips.

I agree with the above statements. Ours doctors recently left TMH, and we went to Steamboat. Unfortunately, the only way for our concerns to be heard is through lost revenue, which means taking our business away from our own local, tax supported hospital. The hospital board can't (or won't) act, the only media outlet in town won't risk upsetting their advertising income, and the TMH administration deny that there even is a problem.

So, we'll have to speak their language. Money. Take your business elsewhere, and maybe they'll pay attention before it's too late.

And TMH just got rid of another physician today. That makes 6 in the past year. Time for concern yet?

The ones that got ran off or fired are people who stand up for what is right for the employees and patients. It's so sad. Even the hospital board has turned a blind eye to complaints that were given to them. And… How is it the CQO who implements HIPPA rules, was found GUILTY of violating HIPPA regs by the state still works there?? Pretty sure she her self fired people for only aligations of such violations with out even an investigation. Hmm. Suppose George can't function without someone as hypocritical as her. Evil through out that admin staff! So sad for this community.
