If "boobie or breast" is the words that you have to worry about your kids saying then you have the best kid in the world and I surely wouldnt worry about it.

Maybe we should be concerned with the way some of these teachers dress and the language they use in a classroom setting. Times now are different, try to find something that doesn't offend somebody. If I talk politics somebody is offended if I talk Religion someone else is offended how about music or the way movie stars appear. Everyone is going to be offended by something so do we become a mute society. Freedom is why most of us are proud to be called Americans. Take away our freedoms and we may as well forget all the hard work our Country (supported by soldiers) has done for us.

I would like to point out that the quote that keeps being used is inaccurate. The bracelets read: "I (heart) Boobies" on the outside and "Keep-A-Breast" on the inside. I don't know why they keep misquoting it as keep a breast alive?!? Maybe more or better research needs done before things are misquoted or misprinted.

I consider myself fairly liberal, but a teacher put it into perspective for me today: does this make it OK for me to wear my t-shirt saying "I (heart) boners" in support of prostate cancer? Does this mean I can bring my gun to school now, too? Just takes a little controversy to raise awareness and funds. Great marketing, bad setting. My kids won't be wearing the bracelets (or their hats) in the school building. But thanks for standing up for our civil rights anyway.

Wow! I guess a student that wore a bracelet that said No to Teenage Pregnancy would be a good thing. But if the same student wore a bracelet that basically said No to Cancer, somehow that is bad?

And there I was thinking Moffatt County School District ruled on common sense...

Dumbfounded in Thailand.

Furthermore, I have sent this to other teachers in the international school sector.
