Face up to it. At the core; this isn't even about clean air. It's about the government determining winners and losers. To hard core progressives, it's about collapsing the system.
BTW…. America's' coal power plants are clean and they give us the best standard of living in the world. I am glad that we have the best standard of living. It's a good thing.
