To greeneyedgurl:
This subject needs to visited, alot, perhaps if those people that choose to allow their animals to run where ever they want to go will think about it before they turn them loose, or make minimal attempts at keeping them penned. I am tired of every animal in the area using my yard, that I have work hard at to make look nice, for a toilet. I think if this sort of thing happened more often these irresponsible owners would take some responsibility. When that happens the problem will be fixed, but not until then.
If you don't care for my opinion, I don't care!

als- I agree that the subject of unrestricted animals needs visited although it will be an endless problem. The topic of the two pitbulls happened last week and the paper waited until Sunday to put the question in paper, the point of bringing it up now is moot as far as I'm concerned. I am not saying your opinion does not matter; you bring up many good points on many of the posts in the paper. I may not comment on them all but I do read a lot of them. I have the same problem with animals; I cannot walk my dog down the street without other dogs running out after her. It's frustrating but I don't see it as anything that will soon be corrected by the police or animal control officers.
