This is a hotly debated question. Under aged drinking is a thing that has been a problem for years and will continue to be a problem. Anyone that hosts a party where under aged drinking is involved should be held responsible for the actions of anyone they serve drinks to. All too often when drinking (both legal and underaged) too many individuals feel that they can handle their booze. I have been a Colorado State Patrolman and I have also been an RN that worked in the Emergency room for over 20 years In a hospital. I am also a minister and have had to comfort (if possible) the individual families of someone that has been hurt or killed because of
Booze. Maybe the individual that serves the drinks should have to be the one that tells a parent that their child has been hurt or killed because of the actions on the one they served drinks to. Like I said this is a very difficult thing to answer. Any thing that will aid to control (underaged or legal) should be carefully considered.

Many parents that I know, have served Booze at their childrens Graduation parties. They say that they took the keys from everyone in attendance. They also say that if they dont do it at home, they will do it someplace else, and Know that they are driving home. It is a hot issue, but another law is not going to change the facts, It has to start at the top and work all the way down.
