Until the government requires it I don't think your giving up any freedoms. You have the freedom to chose wheather or not you do drugs, I have the freedom to decide wheather I want you as an employee who does drugs. Each employer makes their own choice.

You have the right to choose your freedom and you have the freedom to choose your rights. Every person is responsible for their own actions…..and their own choices.
