Tires covered in snow outline the Moffat County Motocross Track on Friday. The track will be revamped into a motor sports park by 38-year-old Craig native Gregg Kolbaba, who contends he can help boost local tourism if his idea for the track is successful.

Shown here are pages of the Moffat County Motocross Track lease and operating agreement developed by Craig resident Gregg Kolbaba. Kolbaba received the go-ahead from the Moffat County Commission to take over the track. He said he wanted to have numerous activities to peak the interest of most residents.
