Huck Finn Fun Day 2009 June 8, 2009
Sierra Spears, 9, casts Saturday morning during the annual Huck Finn Fun Day at Loudy-Simpson Park. Children ages 12 and younger competed for best Huck Finn and Becky Thatcher costumes, as well as fishing categories.
Clay Durham, 5, lines up with other children dressed as Huck Finn. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4265 and the Ladies Auxiliary sponsored the annual event and provided food and prizes.
