Survivors speak out at Relay For Life July 18, 2009
Cancer survivors and family and friends of survivors talk about their experiences with the disease and with Relay For Life.
Zack Allen: "Several of the survivors here are my friends. Three out of four of my grandparents were lost to cancer. I'm here to just fight it."
John Husband: "This really is a good opportunity to remember and honor those who have passed and those who are fighting. We're here to raise money, and this is a great event."
Pam Lathrop: "I've lost my grandfather and my aunt. And my ex-husband and mother-in-law are survivors. I'm here for all of them. We just have to find a cure."
June Ritchie: "My husband passed away from cancer six years ago. Hopefully, there will be a cure in my lifetime."
