Communities at Work: Stop at museum

It was created to help shake off the winter blues. To get people out of the house during those cold wintry days. That's what Wyman Museum office manager Nicky Boulger said. And it's turned into a lot more. The museum's Winter Festival is now a two-day event, with almost too many events to list. Modern snowmachines, a romantic dinner in honor of Valentine's Day, ice carving, and much more will be featured. The festivities begin Saturday and continue through Sunday evening at museum, 94350 Highway 40, just east of Craig. For more information, call the museum at 824-6346. - Hans Hallgren

Isaac Jacobson hangs a locally made quilt Wednesday at the Wyman Museum. The museum is using an assortment of quilts as decorations for tonight's Valentine's Day dinner at the museum.
