Moffat County High School hosts the Special Olympics

Julianne Malley hands off the torch to Ashleigh Santistevan during the opening ceremonies Saturday morning at the Special Olympics. The event began with runners carrying the torch from Safeway to Moffat County High School, where the games were held.
