Anything on a floor, wall or window, Pam Foster, owner of Pam Designs at 512 Yampa Ave., has it covered, even custom furniture. Drawing on 31 years in business, Foster handles everything from residential and commercial to industrial when planning spaces for her customers. Foster said she aims to work with customers to accomplish their vision within their budget.
Bennett, who has worked for Foster for six years, marks cuts in fabric that will be used to cover a pillow.
