Craig Relay for Life July 23, 2007

More than 1,000 luminarias lined the Moffat County High School track Friday night as volunteers continued to walk through the night, raising money for cancer research.

Rex Durham and Cassie Moon, both 18, try to catch a few winks of sleep at about 5 a.m. Saturday. However, master of ceremonies Ken Prescott kept most of Relay for Life's participants awake with loud, upbeat music.
Relay for Life participants brought canopies and tents to rest in during their off-times of walking the track from 6 p.m. Friday until noon Saturday.
